I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the outstanding work Shubham Suri did to confirm my bridge loan and mortgage, under particularly difficult circumstances.

My current bank had originally approved a bridge loan as well as porting the existing mortgage. However, just over a week before taking possession of my new house, the bank informed me that the loan would not be approved. I reached out to Shubham, who immediately accepted taking on the bridge loan despite having never worked with me and knowing how little time we had.
